A. ColindresChristopher Cruz Amador

Christopher is a playful boy attending the Alitas de Peña de Horeb Project in Honduras. He lives with his mother, father, and sister in a simple wood house with a sheet metal roof. Christopher and his family are fortunate to have electricity, radio, and television. Christopher’s father struggles as a painter to earn enough money to adequately support the family, and his mother takes care of the children at home. Christopher’s favorite school subject is art. In his free time, Christopher enjoys riding bicycles and listening to stories. The dog is his favorite animal.

Letter from Christopher (March, 2007):

Hello, how have you been? I image well. How was your Christmas? I imagine it was snowing over there. I tell you that on January 4th I had my birthday and now I'm four years old. I had a great Christmas time. I ate chicken and lots of other meals. Santa gave me cars and I liked it very much.

I hope to know more things about you. I love you very much
